Mental Health and Well-being Workshop

 Year 3 enjoyed a workshop with the Mental Health Team this morning. We focused on our ‘10 a day’ - talking about ten ways to keep ourselves physically and mentally fit. Year 3 were really confident talking about why this knowledge is important.

 This week we were in Week 5 of our cricket sessions, and the second week of bowling.  It’s a tricky skill but we are all getting better, using our learning powers of bouncing back, practising and resilience.
